


This group series is a trauma informed signature series that I began in response to individuals wanting to go deeper in a community of individuals looking to regulate the nervous system and heal core wounds. This is a blend of soul work, foundational healing from limiting beliefs, and it also reconnects you to the body in a way you may have never experienced before.
This is a group series that is trauma based on “parts work” and is Hypno-Breathwork centered. This means we are working through body memories and learning the foundations of finding safety in feeling and expressing emotions. Expression is the opposite of depression.
What to expect
- A group of up to 8 individuals (co-ed)
- 5 weeks of meeting weekly for up to 2 hours to dive into inner child healing (in person)
- Learn somatic techniques (body methods) to experience and release emotions
- Learn the methods and techniques then experience them in a group together
- Explore various body based ways of healing (not talk therapy based)
What this is not
- A trauma dumping group
- A learning experience where you can numb and disconnect
